Non-Refund Policy

At Madame Alice Fleuriste, we are committed to providing unique and high-quality floral creations. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for items purchased in-store or online.

Exceptions:
Defective or Damaged Products: If a product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to correct the situation by offering a replacement or store credit.


Order errors:

If you receive an incorrect order due to an error on our part, we undertake to rectify the error as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy:
While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for non-perishable products returned in their original condition, within 7 days of purchase. This option does not apply to custom floral products or special orders.
